Now, we’re looking for a Warehouse Clothing Sorter III (Team Lead) to help guide and inspire our Clothing Department team at the Donations Redistribution Center. If you’re a natural leader, thrive in a hands-on environment, and want a role where your impact is felt every single day, this may be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
As a Sorter III, you will play a key role in driving our mission forward by supporting warehouse operations and leading a dedicated team. You will:
- Partner with the Production Supervisor to coach, train, and develop staff and volunteers.
- Lead daily sorting operations for clothing and hard goods.
- Ensure production goals are met without sacrificing quality.
- Maintain accurate records of production and performance metrics.
- Support positive employee relations and a healthy team culture.
- Organize inventory and maintain supply readiness.
- Keep leadership informed of key updates and challenges.
- Model a strong safety mindset and promote safe practices.
- Maintain reliable, in-person attendance.
What You Bring:
You’re someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and making a difference. You have:
- 1–3 years of warehouse or retail experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of clothing types, categories, and brands.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs., stand, bend, and move throughout the day.
- A calm and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the Mission and Vision of the organization.
- (Preferred) Prior leadership experience.
- (Preferred) High school diploma or GED.
