TCEQ Licensed Wastewater Operator (Class B/C) – On Call Assignments

We are actively building a pipeline of TCEQ licensed Wastewater Operators across Greater Houston Texas for contract assignments, emergency coverage, and project based support.

Facilities are seeking licensed operators who can step in immediately to maintain compliance, stabilize operations, and support plant performance during staffing gaps.

This is not a permanent role. This is for operators open to flexible, high impact assignments.

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor wastewater treatment systems in compliance with TCEQ regulations
Perform sampling, lab testing, and process control adjustments
Maintain daily logs and support compliance reporting
Troubleshoot pumps, blowers, clarifiers, and related equipment
Operate independently with minimal supervision in new facilities

Requirements:
Active TCEQ Wastewater Operator License Class A, B, or C
Experience in municipal or industrial wastewater treatment
Ability to adapt quickly to new plant environments
Open to contract, emergency, or short notice assignments

Preferred:
Class A or B license
Experience acting as Operator in Responsible Charge
Strong troubleshooting and plant startup experience

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates based on license level and scope
Overtime and per diem available on select assignments
