Tax Supervisor

Our client is looking for a Tax Supervisor who's ready to do more than just review returns. This is a seat at the table — you'll shape how the tax practice runs, develop the next generation of accountants, and become a go-to advisor for a loyal client base. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead review of complex tax returns across individual, partnership, corporate, and trust engagements
• Take ownership of staff development — coaching, feedback, and building technical capability in your team
• Serve as a primary client contact, managing relationships and delivering proactive advisory support
• Spot planning opportunities that go beyond compliance and add real value for clients
• Help drive quality standards and process consistency across the tax department

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years in public accounting with a tax focus
• Deep experience with individual taxation — 1040s are your bread and butter
• CPA in hand or on the way
• Proven ability to lead people, not just manage work
• Strong communicator who can translate complex tax issues for clients clearly
