Desired Qualifications of the Tax Supervisor:
- BSA required; MSA or MST a plus
- CPA License
- 5 years of recent tax experience in public accounting
- Tax audits
- Manage corporate and individual tax return preparation
- Review moderate to complex tax planning and tax research
- Promote the firms services to clients and prospects
- Identify tax issues, recommend solutions and/or suggestions, and share them with the manger, partner and/or clients
- Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office applications
- Communicate technical issues clearly with all levels of internal personnel and external clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a positive and open-minded attitude
- Ability to organize, work efficiently, and meet deadlines
- Develops, motivates, and trains professional staff, offers staff career counseling and guidance; conducts timely performance reviews and provides on-going feedback.
- Salary range: $110k - $130k
