Job Details
Position: Tax Senior
Target Salary: $90-110k+ (may extend depending on experience - ~$120k)
Location: Edmond, OK or Norman, OK – on-site (Fridays remote/off)
The Tax Senior will play a key role in preparing and reviewing complex tax returns while delivering proactive tax planning strategies for business owners and high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare approximately 40 complex tax returns annually, including business and individual returns
- Review approximately 50 complex tax returns prepared by staff
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services for business owners and high-net-worth individuals
- Develop tax strategies focused on minimizing tax liability and supporting long-term financial goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering clear and practical guidance
- Work with clients in specialized industries, including:
o Medical practices
o Real estate
o Construction
- Collaborate with firm leadership and staff to ensure high-quality client service and compliance

Qualifications
- Active CPA license (Preferred, or EA License)
- Minimum of 3 years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong experience with complex individual and business tax returns
- Proven ability to deliver tax planning and advisory services
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
