Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, and trusts
- Assist with tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
- Conduct tax research and provide guidance on complex tax issues and regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and advisory support
- Collaborate with managers and partners on client engagements and planning initiatives
- Mentor and review work of junior staff, providing guidance and technical development
- Analyze financial data to identify tax savings opportunities and planning strategies
- Stay current on changes in tax laws and industry developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred)
- CPA license or active pursuit of CPA
- 3–6+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong knowledge of individual and flow-through entity taxation
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients and closely held businesses is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
