Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online research to gather property tax information from various county and state websites.
• Contact tax agencies nationwide via phone to obtain or verify tax details.
• Document findings accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Follow established processes and quality standards to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team and escalate issues when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills (comfortable calling tax agencies).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet research.
• Ability to learn new tools, systems, and workflows quickly.
• Self motivated, dependable, and capable of managing workload independently.
• No previous tax experience required - candidates without experience have historically adapted better to our in house training.
