Job Title: Tax Preparer (Individual Returns)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $20-$25/hour
We are seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to join our team immediately to handle individual income tax returns during peak season. The ideal Tax Preparer is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple returns in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual federal, state, and local tax returns (1040s)
Gather, organize, and analyze client tax documentation
Identify applicable deductions and credits
Communicate directly with clients to clarify information and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with current tax laws and filing requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience working as a Tax Preparer handling individual returns
Strong knowledge of federal and state income tax regulations
Proficiency with tax preparation software
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently as a reliable Tax Preparer
This role requires a proactive Tax Preparer who can start immediately and contribute with minimal supervision. The successful Tax Preparer will be confident in managing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
MaxSalary: USD25
