A 30 Year old CPA firm is looking for its next partner to join this amazing mid-size firm. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Tax Partner to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute their expertise to our thriving finance industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our tax operations, providing innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise, and driving business growth. As a tax partner, you will have the opportunity to shape our tax strategy and policies while leading a dedicated team of tax professionals.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the tax department to deliver quality tax services to our clients.
2. Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients in various industries.
3. Review complex income tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with the tax law.
4. Identify and mitigate tax risks through careful evaluation of company operations and financial status.
5. Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
6. Maintain strong relationships with clients to gain their trust and business.
7. Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
8. Collaborate with other departments and partners to drive overall business goals.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain the company's competitiveness.
10. Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's client base and increase revenue.

Qualifications:
1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a tax role.
3. Extensive knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
4. Strong understanding of tax law and statutory regulations.
5. Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to align tax strategies with business objectives.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex tax information clearly.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax issues.
10. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
