Our firm is partnering with a highly regarded and growing organization to identify a Senior Manager, Tax Advisory Services to join its leadership team. What Youll Do: <ul><li>Lead complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
	</li><li>Provide strategic tax planning, compliance oversight, and advisory services
	</li><li>Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
	</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
	</li><li>Review and oversee preparation of complex tax returns and related filings
	</li><li>Collaborate with leadership on operational planning, resource management, and process improvements
	</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and engagement performance management
	</li><li>Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and special projects
</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
	</li><li>CPA or EA designation required
	</li><li>8+ years of progressive tax experience, including work with high-net-worth individuals and multi-entity structures
	</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
	</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing teams and client relationships
