Popcorn Potential is expanding its North American consulting network and is engaging experienced HR and People & Culture professionals to contribute their expertise within a remote advisory environment.

This engagement is suited to established professionals with a background in talent strategy, stakeholder engagement, and workforce development who are interested in applying their experience in a more flexible consulting context.

• Facilitate guided virtual discussions centred on professional growth and leadership capability
• Apply HR and workforce experience within career-focused advisory interactions
• Interact with professionals engaging via digital channels, including LinkedIn and Zoom
• Contribute to ongoing digital engagement initiatives aligned with development themes
• Manage workflow independently while operating within established systems and compliance frameworks

This role offers a blend of professional autonomy and structured support within a defined consulting model.

Background & Expertise

Applicants should demonstrate:

• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, or People & Culture functions
• Experience supporting employee development, coaching, or organisational initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence working within remote systems and digital collaboration tools
• High level of accountability and self-management
