Overview:

The Talent Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s talent development initiatives across all three Talent Development departments; Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Talent Programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Development, this position is responsible for coordinating live, in-person, and virtual training and program meetings, conducting reporting and analytics, as well as managing the billing and processing for the Talent Development Team. The coordinator will also maintain the Talent Development event calendar and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

This role will be in person at our Camden location 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate all aspects of live, in-person, and virtual events, including scheduling, room setup and logistics, ordering of food and materials, and participant communication.
  • Collaborate with facilitators to ensure all materials and resources are prepared in advance.
  • Serve as online “producer” of virtual events to help manage breakout sessions, monitor chat discussions, and handle various virtual logistics before, during, and after sessions.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate, analyze, and distribute reports on program completions, and key success metrics.
  • Develop report out cadence and effective program dashboards, etc.

Billing and Processing:

  • Oversee the billing and processing for all programs and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of invoices.
  • Maintain records of expenditures and budget compliance.
  • Provides regular budget actuals vs. projections updates and assists with gathering projections from Directors of the 3 departments

Event Calendar Coordination:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Talent Development event calendar to ensure effective scheduling and communication.
  • Coordinate event calendar with other functions to alleviate conflicts
  • Communicate updates and changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with the development and distribution of materials and resources.
  • Provide administrative support for Talent Development initiatives, including data entry, document management, and meeting coordination.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Talent Management, Talent Programs, and Learning and Development teams to support program initiatives and align offerings with organizational goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Additional Duties:

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the Talent Development team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in event coordination
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, Human Capital Management Systems, and Zoom or other Online Meeting platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $29.82HOUR - $39.76HOUR.  NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
