Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare)
Greater Waterbury, CT | Hybrid Flexibility

We’re partnering with a leading healthcare organization in the Greater Waterbury area that is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their team. This is a highly visible role supporting critical hiring initiatives across both clinical and operational teams.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across a mix of clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Lead recruiting efforts for high-demand clinical roles including nursing and allied health
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent through creative sourcing strategies
  • Manage the full interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and hiring trends
  • Track recruiting activity and contribute to improving time-to-fill and hiring outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Prior experience recruiting within healthcare or clinical environments strongly preferred
  • Experience hiring for roles such as:
    • RNs, LPNs
    • Medical Assistants, Technicians, Therapists
    • Physicians or Advanced Practice Providers (a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-moving, high-demand environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with hiring managers
