  • Implement Noble’s candidate screening tools with fidelity and rigor, identifying areas of strength and opportunity and implementing strategies to ensure Noble’s candidate screening is best-in-class.
  • Ensure a high quality implementation of a holistic candidate sourcing and recruitment plan including responsive marketing, candidate and campus communications, job description and maintenance, candidate screening and campus support.
  • Represent Noble with external stakeholders - including sourcing partners, university leaders, vendors, candidates and community leaders - by leveraging exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic influence skills to advance the mission and strengthen strategic partnerships.
