Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting, from job posting through offer acceptance.
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and candidate interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple departments.
- Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience at every stage.
HR Support & Collaboration
- Support internal recruitment and internal mobility initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with external recruiting partners.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives that enhance HR operations.
- Assist with compliance matters involving employment and labor law.
- Help strengthen the organization’s employment brand and presence.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment and labor law and how it applies across the hiring process.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while staying organized and effective.
