The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will play a critical role in ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline is available for *** opportunities. The role includes the capability to develop, execute against, and assess the productivity of numerous search strategies to deliver a quality, diverse candidate pipeline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with Recruiters to define sourcing strategies based on required skills to generate candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals pipelines for upcoming searches.
• Be able to understand the recruiting requirement to best match candidates against hiring needs and cultivates candidate relationships to build interest in our opportunities and brand.
• Build and maintain market intelligence knowledge of our competitors and understand the recruiting landscape to be able to provide ongoing feedback to recruiters to help keep Managers informed and manage realistic expectations about the local market.
• Build pipelines of active and passive candidates, via complex internet searches, social media, research and maintain a database of viable candidates to generate pools for current openings and future needs.
• Source, engage and qualify active and passive candidates via direct sourcing, utilizing social media, employee referrals, and search partner relationships, ongoing pipelining, and mining of talent in Workday/Beamery.
• Be an expert at research and sourcing strategies and techniques and stay updated with new tools.
• Utilize Beamery to keep at the forefront of talent identification and implement CRM tactics to engage and maintain diverse talent communities.
• Utilize social media to market roles, attract talent and build online communities of target candidates.
• Participate in and help drive diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce and build and actively manage diverse talent pipelines and nurture relationships.
• Conduct initial screens to qualify candidates by gauging skills, interest level and sell the Company brand.
• Proactively Source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching, and research.
KEY SKILLS:
• Demonstrated experience with the successful execution of direct sourcing methodologies, tools & techniques (i.e. networking, research, recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Familiarity working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRMs) – Ideally Workday and/or Beamery
• Ability to deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience for candidates and be able to prequalify and present initial opportunity and value proposition to identified candidates.
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously, prioritizing the most urgent/impactful.
• Be able to maintain in-depth and up-to-date business intelligence of relevant competitors, market conditions, hiring trends, and other relevant market data.
