Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting key positions across various business functions. This role demands a metrics-driven, process-focused individual who excels in full-cycle recruiting and collaboration with team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in staffing industry or corporate environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Account Manager background.
• Experience with Workday recruiting tool.
• Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High volume recruiting experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Partner collaboratively with business units and HR team members to meet recruiting goals.
• Guide and assist business leaders with staffing processes, policies, and procedures.
• Work cross-functionally with other Human Resources teams on hiring strategies and headcount planning.
• Translate workforce plans into recruiting strategies and implement them creatively and cost-effectively.
• Ensure a consistently positive and professional candidate experience during the recruitment process.
