Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible foridentifying, screening, and assessing candidates for open positions within assigned business units and departments. The TA Partner will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process to include posting positions, screening candidates, extending offers, and supporting onboarding. In addition, this role will support proactive recruitment efforts utilizing resources like CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.   

Your Responsibilities:

  • Performs full-life cycle recruiting for open positions including but not limited to: develops successful recruitment strategies, sources & screens candidates, participates in onsite interviews, solicits feedback, and extends/negotiates offers
  • Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and the position qualifications and skills required to fill vacancies throughout company
  • Develops and sources a strong pipeline of candidates using a variety of methods including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, search agencies, etc.
  • Partners with external recruiting agencies, as approved.
  • Build relationships with Hiring Managers to understand future and existing talent needs of the business, including having the ability to network, communicate and manage relationships with internal hiring managers, outside vendors and candidates.
  • Develops creative approaches to identifying and recruiting high quality candidates, while pursuing cost-containment options, utilizing technology, external job boards, career fairs, college fairs, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and implement recruiting strategies to identify top applicants for open positions. Source and screen candidates, review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, present candidates to hiring managers and make recommendations.
  • Partners closely with Talent Acquisition team members to meet service level agreements according to guidelines and exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Perform background checks, generate and extend offers to candidates and make appropriate data entry into system for new hires as needed or requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field from an accredited college or university (preferred), and at least 5 years of recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated success track record of working in a fast-paced setting that includes supporting multiple individuals.
  • Prior Recruiting support experience required specifically supporting technical positions
  • Prior experience working in an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Jobvite, required
  • Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Proven track record in developing a passive candidate pipeline necessary
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills with a strong sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, high level of accuracy in work product, with exemplary organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization both within HR and throughout the company, including with external parties.
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving,judgment, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Highly flexible and motivated with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
