About this Role:The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead our recruitment strategy, building high-performing teams that drive our success while attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent in a fast-growing organization.
What You'll Do:Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
Partner with department leaders to forecast workforce needs
Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Manage workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes
Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience
Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools
Lead offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
Manage and mentor recruiters and recruiting coordinators
Establish performance goals and KPIs for the recruitment team
Promote best practices and continuous improvement
Strengthen employer brand through social media, job boards, and career events
Build partnerships with universities, industry groups, and community organizations
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruiting initiatives
Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire)
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Prepare recruiting reports for senior leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
2+ years of leadership or team management experience
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
Preferred Qualifications
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification
Experience in Engineering and/or Construction
Experience recruiting for technical, executive, or specialized roles
