Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineers to transform data into visual stories that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports in Tableau Desktop.
Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.) and transform data using Tableau Prep or other ETL tools.
Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements and translate them into dashboard solutions.
Optimize dashboard performance and implement best practices for data visualization.
Maintain and publish reports on Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.
Provide support for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on dashboards and data sources.
Stay up to date with Tableau best practices and new features.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Tableau development.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
Experience with Tableau Server / Tableau Online deployment
