TA Manager

- Own and execute full-cycle recruiting from workforce planning through offer and onboarding
- Develop proactive hiring plans aligned with business growth and priorities
- Lead sourcing strategies across inbound, outbound, referrals, and external partners
- Manage candidate pipelines, screening, interviews, and offer processes
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
- Identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire
- Oversee and maintain ATS workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and hiring metrics
- Manage and support a small Talent Acquisition team (up to 2 direct reports)
- Partner with leadership on hiring forecasts, role prioritization, and hiring risks
- Track and report on recruiting performance, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting, with full-cycle ownership
- Prior people management experience (direct or dotted-line supervision preferred)
- Proven experience building or improving recruiting processes and systems
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, ATS platforms, and recruiting metrics
- Ability to partner with hiring managers and leaders at multiple levels
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices
- Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week in San Diego
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
