Specialty-  LPN/LVN - Rehab (Long Term and Short Term Care)
Required Certifications: BLS ( AHA)
Years of Experience: 1+ years experience as a LPN. 
EHR:  Point Click Care 
Must Have Skills/Experience: Medication administration, Vital sign interpretation 
Preferred Skillset/Experience:   PCC, Tube Feed Administration, IV Medication Administration, Nebulizer Administration
Work location- Onsite at  1705 Tarboro Street SW, Wilson, NC 27893 



Shift- Day 7-3, Evenings 3-11, Night 11-7 
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend 
Call Requirements: N/A
Float Requirements: N/A  
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40/week. (The Center/Facility has approved only 40 Guaranteed Hours in a week at this time, so, No OT hours.)

Patient Ratios: Days 1:15-23,  Evenings 1:15- 23,  Nights 1:24-30 
Equipment: Hoyer Lifts, Sit-to-Stands, kangaroo pumps, IV pumps, Oxygen Tanks and Concentrators, Glucometers 
Patient Population e.g.  "geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Geriatric and adult
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CHF, Renal Disease, Dialysis, Diabetes, Post-surgical (femur fractures, hip fractures, abdominal surgeries, amputations), Dementia, Chronic Wounds, Stroke, UTI  
Personality Fit: Friendly, able to communicate with coworkers and residents, dependable, accountability
