Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of ERP software applications.
• Complete help desk tickets, support users, and document customer interactions with high accuracy.
• Support hardware and network issues related to ERP access for users.
• Build, install, configure, and maintain ERP application servers.
• Maintain network connectivity to ERP servers for users and vendors.
• Set up and maintain virus protection, applying patches and updates to ERP servers.
• Manage received hardware assets, coordinate equipment replacement, and repairs with vendors.
• Participate in meetings regarding ERP vendor system implementation and user training sessions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve IT issues and monitor backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Create and maintain documentation on systems and processes.
• Work on-call on a rotating schedule, including some holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of three (3) years of related experience, or seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Oklahoma Class D Driver’s license.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, application support, integrations, workflows, and maintenance.
• Experience with disaster recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of deployment processes, environment management, including development, testing, and production.
• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and system integrations.
• Skills in installing, configuring, and maintaining technology systems.
• Troubleshooting ERP system errors, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions.
• Administrative skills for SQL Server databases, including performance tuning, backups, and security.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Ability to develop and maintain reports using SSRS.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to train and guide application system users.
• Ability to operate small office and technical computer equipment.
• Capable of repairing, developing, or installing complex hardware, software, or management systems.
