Job Description
The Systems Business Analyst is a seasoned professional responsible for understanding and translating business needs into technical solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and assisting in the design and implementation of systems and applications to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the gathering and documentation of detailed business requirements for system enhancements and projects.
- Conduct in-depth system analysis, including process modeling and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system functionality and integration.
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive documentation, including process flowcharts, user guides, and system requirements specifications.
- Contribute to the development of advanced business systems analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on business systems analysis projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools, requirements management software, and system analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL and Maximo is required.
- Experience with PowerBI is preferred but not required.
