Systems Architect

Automated Health Systems, a growing healthcare company, is looking to hire a System Architect to join its team in the Tallahassee, FL area. This position can be remote but requires travel to the office in Tallahassee once a month.

The Lead Architect for the Unified Operations Center (UOC) is responsible for overseeing and implementing the technical solutions required to meet the operational goals for the call center, mail room, and integrations with other FX Vendors. The Lead Architect must have experience with front-end technologies, CRM software, and cloud infrastructure. The Lead Architect is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of technical details in Project Deliverable documentation as well as for representing the UOC at various meetings, both within the UOC and with other FX stakeholders. The Lead Architect is also responsible for overseeing the activities of developers, vendors, and may also be asked to assist Business Analysts and Project Managers as necessary. The Lead Architect serves as the main technical liaison between the UOC and AHCA.
