Description: The Judge group direct client is currently seeking a Systems Administrator 3 in Plano, TX.

Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 12+ Months
Summary:
The primary focus of this position is the configuration and maintenance of our time and attendance systems, in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position supports the North American service region. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and maintaining a wide variation of rule sets to meet the needs of clients across multiple US states and Canadian provinces.
Responsibilities Include:
• Tier 2 support and ticket management for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Time & Attendance System and payroll related questions and issues.
• Monitoring integrations between our primary HCM system of record (Workday), and our timekeeping system.
• Consult with subsidiaries regarding timekeeping needs, then implement and test system configurations to address.
• Manage regular system upgrades and firmware upgrades for time clocks
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware problems
• Participate in and contribute to project planning and activity for HR systems, including managing small projects independently.
• Meet with management, subsidiaries, vendors, and others as needed to discuss and resolve problems.
Technical Stack & Specific Skills
- UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) — Focus: Needs to be the stronger skill.
- UKG Workforce Central (WFC), Workday, and Kronos.
- Boomi Workflow & Boomi Maintenance knowledge.
