Preparing and maintaining a current PC image for all IT related equipment Prepares all related IT equipment with a base image as required Trouble shoots image issues and problems Follows ISM/IT policy regarding legal review and legal holds of equipment Responsible for DOD wipe of all data storing IT assets Using ITAM equipment to destroy IT storage equipment. IE: HD crusher. Includes record keeping. Delegated tasks to record terminated employee s equipment in SDP, resolving all tasks involved Reports termed employee s equipment that is not returned to IT in accordance as per the policy. Manages IT hardware warranty program Retires IT equipment to be delivered to the authorized E-waste disposal company Picks up deliveries at receiving department Assigns, prepares, and delivers proper equipment to PC Tech team to fulfill IT requests Prioritizes and coordinates helpdesk orders and deliveries Distributes received IT equipment to technicians, project managers and departments Responsible for all aspects of inventory preparation of supplies and the physical counting of inventory Accurately enters IT hardware and software into asset database, including the tagging of IT related equipment Coordinates with ITAM Team and receiving department for shipping equipment Maintains stock and PAR levels of IT vending machines Help maintain a clean/safe work environment
