We are looking for a Sushi Chef who takes pride in quality ingredients, clean technique, and consistent execution. Our concept focuses on fresh hand rolls made to order, served in an energetic and team-oriented atmosphere.

Prepare hand rolls, sushi, and sashimi with precision and consistency
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
Follow recipes and preparation standards
Assist with prep work and ingredient management
Monitor ingredient freshness and help with inventory
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Keep your workstation clean and organized throughout service
Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a Japanese kitchen preferred
Strong knife skills and sushi preparation knowledge
Understanding of food safety and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Passion for quality ingredients and Japanese cuisine
