We are looking for a Sushi Chef who takes pride in quality ingredients, clean technique, and consistent execution. Our concept focuses on fresh hand rolls made to order, served in an energetic and team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare hand rolls, sushi, and sashimi with precision and consistency

  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization

  • Follow recipes and preparation standards

  • Assist with prep work and ingredient management

  • Monitor ingredient freshness and help with inventory

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

  • Keep your workstation clean and organized throughout service

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a Japanese kitchen preferred

  • Strong knife skills and sushi preparation knowledge

  • Understanding of food safety and proper food handling procedures

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
