Role Overview:
As our Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and presenting sushi with exceptional attention to detail and visual appeal
• Maintaining strict standards of food freshness, quality, and food safety
• Creating consistent, high-quality pieces that meet our guests' expectations
• Managing prep work and ingredient organization in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
• Contributing to menu development and special offerings as appropriate
