Required Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and speak proficiently in English
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills

- Critical thinking and adaptability in stressful situations
- Attention to detail and knowledge of surgical procedures
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel)
- Ability to function independently with sound judgment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Epic EMR experience
- Prior CVOR surgical experience
- Additional certifications in related fields
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Certification in Surgical Technology (CST, TS-C, CSFA, CSA)
- Experience working in a surgical or CVOR setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to obtain required certifications if not already held
- Availability for 3x12 day shifts, including two late shifts per week
- One night of on-call per week and one weekend every four weeks
- Willingness to work in a high-pressure environment
- Certifications required include BLS or ARC-BLS, along with surgical tech credentials
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $40.20, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical insurance coverage, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
