Location: Oklahoma City, OK- Onsite 

Salary Range: $45 to $45/hr on W2

Introduction

*** is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and obsolescence management group. This position will focus on supporting Bombers and Military Commercial Derivative modification and sustainment contracts. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in establishing and managing DMSMS programs, ensuring the continued operational effectiveness of our military aircraft.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex engineering data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project management and problem-solving methodologies.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in DMSMS and obsolescence management, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry.
• Familiarity with military aircraft systems and modification processes.
• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance standards in the aerospace industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Establish DMSMS Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive DMSMS programs to proactively address potential material shortages and obsolescence issues.
• Gather Engineering Data: Collect and analyze engineering data necessary for conducting thorough DMSMS analyses.
• Identify DMSMS Risks and Issues: Monitor and identify risks and issues related to DMSMS that may impact program performance and aircraft readiness.
• Evaluate Impact: Assess the potential impact of identified DMSMS risks and issues on current and future operations.
• Develop Recommendations and Roadmaps: Create actionable recommendations and strategic roadmaps for DMSMS resolution, ensuring alignment with program objectives and stakeholder requirements.
