Job Summary:

The Pricing Coordinator will be responsible for modeling and promoting Sendik’s culture by supporting those who consistently provide “best in class” service to our guests. The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for processing and communicating all pricing related information to and from the store teams, buyers and vendor partners.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Serve customers, associates, vendors and partners while modeling Sendik’s culture and providing “best in class” customer service
• Process all pricing related communications from store teams, vendor partners and buyers via email, phone and in-person, including, but not limited to, new items, in-stores sales, item research, price changes and discontinued items
• Communicate and process all advertised and in-store sales, including, but not limited to, weekly ad, online Express, weekly and monthly temporary price reductions
• Ensure all information in the pricing software program (SMS) is accurate including retail, cost, descriptions and ingredients
• Provide guidance and updates to the store Pricing Coordinators via email, phone and in-person
• Assist in the stores during peak holiday seasons as needed 

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Prior retail or pricing experience preferred
• Proficient in computer programs such as Word, Excel and Google Docs 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of security and ability to handle sensitive information
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills
• Ability to multi task at a fast paced and efficient manner
• Strong sense of team – ability to anticipate the needs of the team
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs 
• Prior data entry experience
• Business email proficiency
