This role leads four functional teams, owns the S&OP process, ensures ERP data accuracy, and serves as the primary strategic connection between the Columbus Operations Hub and the Executive Team. This role will drive service reliability, cost efficiency, working capital optimization, and a high-performance culture in a rapidly growing environment.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between operations and the Executive Team, delivering clear, data-driven insights into supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate company strategy into actionable operational plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and continuously enhance the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, supply, capacity, revenue, and cash goals.
  • Develop a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop four functional managers across warehouse, order entry, logistics, and planning.
    • Establish KPIs, clarify roles, foster leadership capability, and build succession plans.

          • Build and track supplier KPIs (OTIF, quality, lead-time adherence, ASN/EDI performance).
          • Lead risk mitigation through dual sourcing and contingency planning.

          2. Demand Planning, MRP/DRP & Inventory Management

          • Own SKU-level forecasting and alignment with Sales and Finance through S&OP.
          • Set and maintain MRP/DRP parameters (min/max, safety stock, EOQ, reorder points).
          • Improve inventory health, increase turns, reduce aged stock, and enhance forecasting accuracy.
          • Ensure supply availability to support production schedules and customer demand.

          3. International & Domestic Logistics

          • Oversee inbound logistics across ocean, air, truckload, LTL, intermodal, and parcel.
          • Select carriers using TMS tools and total landed cost analysis.
          • Manage customs clearance, drayage, demurrage, and transit-time reliability.
          • Improve dock scheduling, receiving efficiency, and dock-to-stock performance.

          4. Order Management & Customer Fulfillment

          • Ensure accuracy in order entry, pricing, ATP, and routing compliance.
          • Manage outbound freight for both drop-ship and warehouse-fulfilled orders.
          • Ensure OTIF performance, packaging/labeling compliance, EDI accuracy, and customer scorecard results.

        • Domestic & international freight costs
        • Inventory working capital
        • Warehousing/3PL cost performance
