What You Will Do

Nissha Medical Technologies is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain team. This position is responsible for driving inventory optimization and planning efficiencies across all Nissha Medical Technologies manufacturing sites. Key objectives will be achieving/improving/exceeding targeted customer service levels, meeting/exceeding inventory budgets, and driving efficiencies in work order/purchase order management.
  • Assist the development and implementation of ERP based planning processes, planning parameter management, and production planning enhancements to improve customer order fulfillment/OTD and inventory management using robust and sustainable processes
  • Regularly review and optimize planning parameters using data analysis and analytical thinking
  • Support SIOP process at all U.S. sites, by leading the demand planning workstream, focusing on improvements for forecast accuracy, inventory planning, and logistics costs
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure supply plans support customer demand
  • Provide training and support to end-users at each site on Oracle Fusion ERP functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to help establish appropriate financial targets and optimal inventory levels across the network and partner with site Supply Chain leaders to create the appropriate project funnel to drive execution
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and reports to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement for key objectives
  • Provides inventory analytics and mid/long range projections at both the global and site levels
  • Provides input on site specific planning processes and optimization decisions
  • Analyze current supply and demand trends to forecast customer requirements and develop plans accordingly
  • Partners with site Supply Chain leaders to deploy strategic raw material inventory planning and management tools to support growing capabilities (inventory policies, inventory targets, etc.)
  • Shares best practices globally and act as a central point of contact for all Nissha Medical Technologies Supply Planning teams
  • Support the Global Process Owner for Global Planning as part of Oracle ERP Integration/Implementation (M&A) and standardization

What You Bring

Core Qualifications
  • A four-year college degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related fields Years of experience
  • Minimum 3 years Planning and/or Purchasing experience
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain planning and inventory management concepts and application

Preferred Qualifications
  • APICS or CPM certification preferred
  • Strong MRP experience in a make to stock, hybrid, or MTO environment - Oracle Fusion preferred
  • Knowledge and experience within a production environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in analytical tools including Excel, Tableau, Oracle OTBI
  • Knowledge of current purchasing, inventory/ production control and manufacturing practices
