We’re a rapidly expanding specialty food brand on a mission to bring exceptional products to market — and we’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and collaborative Supply Chain & Demand Planning Specialist to grow with us. What You’ll Do
- Support the supply planning process as part of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across supply chain locations to meet SLAs
- Optimize sourcing and replenishment strategies to support working?capital targets
- Identify and manage excess or slow?moving inventory, implementing strategies to prevent over?sourcing
- Adjust inventory policies and planning parameters based on demand trends and market conditions
- Develop and maintain demand?planning models while aligning forecasts with Sales and cross?functional partners
- Improve forecast accuracy through ongoing analysis, collaboration, and enhancements to forecasting and planning tools
Core Qualifications
- 3+ years of supply chain experience with increasing responsibility
- 2+ years in inventory management, logistics, or supply planning
- Hands?on experience with demand planning and forecasting methodologies
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to present data?driven insights
- Experience in CPG and international supply chain environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or similar)
