Supply Chain Operations Analyst

As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst you will support end‑to‑end supply chain execution across DTC, wholesale, and manufacturing channels. This role will focus on order fulfillment management, 3PL coordination, NetSuite system accuracy, logistics support, and inventory integrity across multiple brands and facilities.

Description

As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst you will:

• Oversee daily DTC and wholesale sales order fulfillment at multiple 3PL warehouses, ensuring accuracy, on-time shipment, and adherence to service-level expectations.
• Manage intercompany transfers and inventory replenishment logistics.
• Review, receive, and process all open wholesale orders through NetSuite and EDI/SPS, ensuring accurate data transmission and timely next steps.
• Conduct ongoing shipping audits to maintain performance standards.
• Maintain the integrity of NetSuite by managing system maintenance tasks and resolving inventory-related exceptions (negative on-hand balances, past-due receipts, transactional discrepancies).
• Monitor components and finished goods inventory across multiple 3PL facilities; coordinate with Logistics and Fulfillment teams to support customer and dealer order fulfillment.
• Validate the accuracy of data flow between IT systems, partnering with third‑party IT teams to resolve issues.
• Book and manage ocean, air, and courier shipments for open purchase orders.
• Support inbound logistics processes and ensure timely delivery of goods from domestic and international suppliers.
• Assist in planning and coordinating inventory transfers across the distribution network.
• Support end-of-month reporting through 3PL reconciliations, expiring inventory reporting, and other required supply chain metrics.
• Develop and maintain NetSuite reporting tools, including saved searches, to support demand planning, forecasting, and overall supply chain visibility.
• Collaborate with Accounting/Finance to ensure accurate month-end close activities related to inventory and logistics.
• Create, maintain, and monitor purchase orders; resolve issues directly with domestic and international suppliers.
• Help maintain optimal inventory levels to support service objectives while minimizing overstock and excess.
• This role is based in West Hollywood, CA and is 4 days onsite.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Operations Analyst should have:

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, planning, or related functions in CPG, ideally skincare, beauty, or cosmetics.
• Hands-on experience working with 3PL providers, order fulfillment, and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to create and maintain reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with shifting priorities.
• This role is based in West Hollywood, CA and is 4 days onsite.
