Our hosted internet-based collaboration platform provides an open, neutral marketplace between suppliers and airlines to streamline the supply chain. Since we develop the applications that enable this collaboration, we adapt rapidly to the emerging needs of our customers.

Aeroxchange Ltd. is currently seeking a Supply Chain Network Analyst to evaluate and improve existing and potential network connections through issue identification, coordination, and compliance resolutions related to Buyer-to-Supplier connections via Aeroxchange’s suite of Business Solutions.

 

The Position:

The position of Supply Chain Network Analyst reports to the Director of Supplier Onboarding, Program Management.  This position’s primary function is to improve aviation supply chain connections between existing and potential Aeroxchange customers (Buyers and Suppliers).  The role requires data analysis skills, issue resolution skills and strong data control via MS Excel.  Equally, the role requires excellent professional communications skills for global customer interfacing and interactions at all organization levels.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze trading partner data and transaction activity
  • Identify opportunities for aviation supply chain connections among existing Aeroxchange trading partners
  • Facilitate, in a controlled manner, connectivity between trading partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow compliance between currently connected trading partners
  • Solve or facilitate business or technical solutions to difficult Buyer-to-Supplier connections
  • Communicate (by phone, email and web conference) and coordinate with Trading Partners for timely task and issue resolution
  • Maintain customer-specific activity logs of all actions using internal tracking tools
  • Support Project Managers, Sales Associates and Account Managers with supplier analysis and connectivity tasks aimed at increasing customer Supply Chain Networks

 

Requirements

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Effective verbal and written interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in an aviation supply chain environment with direct customer interaction
  • 3 - 5 years of data analysis exposure/experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong, demonstrated Excel skills (Intermediate level)
  • Strong, demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Work independently under minimal direction with strong work ethic
  • Physically able to be in the Aeroxchange office during office hours

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an aviation supply chain Customer Service role (CSR/CSM)
  • Prior experience using AeroBuy or AeroRepair
