Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.
• Optimize inventory levels across the supply chain to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles within the supply chain.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and engineering to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement strategies.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and global supply chain best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with ERP system implementation or significant modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
