Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with manufacturing objectives.
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring continuous production.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure timely material availability and efficient scheduling.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions and market fluctuations.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, S&OP, inventory control, and logistics optimization.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; APICS/CPIM certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain optimization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global sourcing partners
