SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER-UTAH OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient procurement, manufacturing support, inventory management, logistics, and distribution of our consumer products. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in manufacturing environments and a proven ability to drive cost savings, improve service levels, and build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution for our consumer products portfolio.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business growth while reducing costs and improving efficiency.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Lead demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory optimization to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance supply chain performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, fill rate, inventory turns, and total landed cost; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements in the supply chain.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, cost fluctuations, and geopolitical factors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (required).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with direct experience in a manufacturing environment (consumer products or CPG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory control, and logistics.
- Proven track record of driving cost reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and supply chain planning tools.
