Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize obsolescence.
• Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and production plans.
• Monitor and enhance supplier performance, quality, and delivery reliability through KPIs and regular reviews.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all supply chain functions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for demand planning, procurement, and inventory control.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, lean principles, and global logistics.
• Proven ability in vendor negotiation, relationship management, and team leadership.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with international sourcing and logistics
• PMP or other relevant project management certification
