Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

This position is pivotal in steering the strategic management of supply chain, purchasing, logistics, and warehousing operations within a manufacturing setting. Key responsibilities include formulating robust supply chain strategies, orchestrating procurement and nurturing supplier relations, and overseeing transportation and distribution to assure efficient and cost-effective delivery of both materials and products.

As a leader, you will direct the Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse divisions, engage in contract negotiations with suppliers, and utilize performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency. Your role is crucial in driving process innovation aimed at cost reduction while adhering to ISO 13485, FDA, and other regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities involve supporting quality assurance initiatives such as CAPA, handling nonconformance cases, managing complaints, and ensuring material compliance documentation.

We seek a professional with substantial leadership expertise in manufacturing — ideally within medical device or regulated industries — accompanied by thorough knowledge of QMS and ERP frameworks, excellent analytical and negotiation prowess, and exceptional communication skills across all organizational tiers.
