Work with suppliers to build lean supply chain capability in material, Sales and Operations, optimized logistics and capacity planning.
Meet with suppliers and business division functions to resolve supplier issues.
Assist in supplier value stream maps and plans.
Collect priority schedule from facilities.
Address day-to-day supplier constraints.
Deploy pull replenishment at supplier facilities, supplier inventory sizing activities.
Implement improved supplier collaboration with Client and 3rd parties.
Work with suppliers to build lean supply chain capability in the areas of material replenishment to business divisions, improved Sales and Operations Planning, high-velocity throughput, optimized logistics and capacity planning.
Collect priority schedule from facilities to help create short sheet and support supplier execution to the plan to drive stable schedules and quick recovery on past dues. Salary $151,000+/yr DOE. Position is in Peoria, IL. Email resume to positions@harveynash.com
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or similar and 4+ years experience
APICS CPIM or CSCP National Certification required
Supply Chain Planning experience
Six sigma experience
Experience in Power BI, SAP, Tableau, MS Excel
Experience with process mapping techniques and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
