Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with suppliers to achieve technical, quality, and delivery objectives.
  • Support new product introductions and design modifications.
  • Lead initiatives focused on value engineering and continuous improvement.
  • Resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Analyze supplier processes and data to enhance quality and reduce costs.
  • Participate in design reviews, audits, and risk mitigation activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Fiber Optic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in engineering or supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency in technical sourcing, lean manufacturing, and project leadership.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and resolve design conflicts.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
