Supply Chain Coordinator

Must be able to read and write English proficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
General understanding of supply chain and aircraft operations
Familiarity with aircraft components, tooling, hardware, and materials
Ability to work independently and make sound economic decisions aligned with company vision and direction
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to frequently lift, push, and carry items up to 50 pounds
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret aircraft manuals, parts catalogs, technical procedures, schematics, and other technical documents (preferred)
Two- or four-year degree in business, supply chain, aviation, or related field preferred (experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Must be willing to work onsite five days per week (8-hour shifts)
Flexible schedule required, including periodic on-call availability during nights and weekends to support customer aircraft needs

 
Respond to and delegate parts requests from O&M staff daily through both in-person communication and Ebis (ERP) systems.
Manage inventory transactions — oversee the inflow and outflow of aircraft parts, tools, materials, and hardware while directly interfacing with operations teams, customers, and suppliers.
Coordinate local logistics with supply chain and warehousing, including the transport of components, tools, and materials within the campus.
Address urgent needs and abnormal inventory requirements promptly to support uninterrupted operations.
Collaborate with O&M teams to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related supply or parts issues.
Monitor inventory levels and provide insights to support aircraft maintenance and operational decision-making.
Procure parts and materials — work directly with vendors to source and purchase aircraft components, materials, and tools as needed. Create and manage purchase and repair orders.
Negotiate effectively with suppliers to obtain optimal pricing without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
Maximize profitability through parts sales and brokerage activities.
Manage compliance for shelf-life items and hazardous materials certifications.
Oversee physical inventory processes, including receiving inspection, stockroom organization, and recordkeeping.
Administer supplier relationships and ensure accurate management of purchase orders (POs), accounting, and system documentation.
Support financial and system operations related to parts purchasing, exchanges, and sales.
Conduct parts research to verify specifications, availability, and alternatives.
Maintain professional communication in all correspondence with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
