Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Supply Chain BI Developer to join our centralized Global Supply Chain Intelligence team within the Color Materials division. This role is instrumental in advancing our reporting and analytics capabilities to drive process efficiency across global supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and automating Power BI reports, generating actionable insights from complex datasets, and identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support supply chain operations. Ensure data accuracy, usability, and visual clarity.
- Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities. Translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in systems and processes. Propose and support solutions that enhance data flow, automation, and sustainability.
- Provide analytical input to cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with reporting standards and business objectives.
- Responsible for planning and prioritizing reporting deliverables, dashboard development timelines, and data automation initiatives. Coordinates with stakeholders to align outputs with business needs and ensure long-term sustainability of reporting systems.
- Identifies and resolves data inconsistencies, reporting gaps, and inefficiencies. Troubleshoots Power BI dashboards, optimizes data models, and delivers insights under tight timelines to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and SQL, with deep experience in designing data models
- Experience with supply chain processes and systems.
- Power BI certification in data modeling and visualization preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP or Kinaxis is a plus.
