Required Skills & Qualifications

  • On-site role with typical work hours and work-from-home Fridays
  • Contract duration of approximately 1 year
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a merchandise planning role
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Knowledge of retail math and open-to-buy (OTB) management
  • Experience in a cross-functional matrix environment
  • General understanding of retail operations
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to engage in meaningful cross-functional conversations
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Prior financial management experience
  • Proven stakeholder management skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a direct team of 6-7 members
  • Work closely with other teams, including sport planning and in-line planning
  • Participate in strategic planning and execution of merchandise plans
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize operations
