Required Skills & Qualifications
- On-site role with typical work hours and work-from-home Fridays
- Contract duration of approximately 1 year
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a merchandise planning role
- Expertise in Excel
- Knowledge of retail math and open-to-buy (OTB) management
- Experience in a cross-functional matrix environment
- General understanding of retail operations
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to engage in meaningful cross-functional conversations
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Prior financial management experience
- Proven stakeholder management skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a direct team of 6-7 members
- Work closely with other teams, including sport planning and in-line planning
- Participate in strategic planning and execution of merchandise plans
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize operations
