• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans and reports.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product development and launches.
• Provide training and support to suppliers on quality requirements and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to supplier quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficient in quality tools and software, including statistical analysis tools.
• Ability to travel as needed for supplier audits and assessments.
