What We Offer:

As a Supervisor, Invasive Cardiology, you’ll step into a high-impact, hands-on leadership role within one of the region’s most advanced and growing cardiovascular programs. This is a unique opportunity to stay clinically engaged — including scrubbing into cases — while also leading day-to-day operations across the Cath Lab.

 

You’ll play a key role in driving daily workflow, leading team huddles, managing assignments, and overseeing staffing and on-call scheduling to ensure seamless procedural flow. In close partnership with physician and nursing leadership, you’ll help deliver strong patient outcomes while fostering a highly engaged, high-performing team.

 

With the introduction of national Cath Lab benchmarks and KPIs, this role will be instrumental in driving performance, optimizing operations, and helping shape the future of the department. You’ll have a direct line of sight to both immediate impact and long-term program growth.

 

We’re looking for a strong Cath Lab professional with extensive experience across a variety of invasive cardiology cases, who brings both clinical expertise and leadership presence. Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred, along with a passion for team development and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: 
    • 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. . Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist Program resulting in certification OR graduate of an accredited Radiological Technologist Program and currently registered by ARRT AND a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist OR Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (required). OR if ARRT certified, the applicant may also be certified in Cardiac Intervention (CI) and Vascular Intervention (VI) in lieu of RCIS or RCES. . If RN, graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure in appropriate state (required). RCIS, RCES, CVN or CCRN certification (preferred).
    • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
  • Experience: Critical Care/Telemetry/Hemodialysis background, OR Cath Lab or Special Procedure experience, OR CVT experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: RCES or RCIS for non-nursing professionals, required. CVN or CCRN for nursing, preferred.

  • Additional Skills (preferred): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skill validation and competency testing. Pass Cardiac Dysrhythmias Test.
