A well‑established and rapidly expanding commercial contractor is seeking a Superintendent to support active and upcoming projects across New Hampshire. This individual will immediately step in to complete an active project and then transition to several new credit union builds in the region.

Our client is a financially stable, New England-based commercial construction firm with more than a decade of successful operation. They deliver ground‑up and renovation projects across commercial, retail, warehouse, and automotive markets, ranging from $1M-$20M. With strong year‑over‑year growth, a collaborative team environment, they offer long‑term career stability and advancement.
Description
- Oversee all on‑site construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are met.
- Review and coordinate drawings with tenants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain daily project documentation, including reports, photos, safety checklists, and toolbox talks.
- Lead weekly jobsite meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and verify installation of approved materials.
- Manage inspections, permits, sign‑offs, and communication with local authorities.
- Drive project closeout activities including punch lists and final documentation.
- Provide leadership and direction to on‑site personnel and subcontractors.

Profile
- Minimum 3+ years as a Superintendent in commercial and/or retail construction.
- Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, and onsite coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Project, Word, Excel).
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Massachusetts CSL license preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven ability to maintain safety, quality, and schedule control on active sites.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
